Diploma Programme in Training & Development (DIP-TD) at ISTD

The Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), New Delhi has invited applications for admission to Diploma Programme in Training & Development (DIP-TD) Course commencing from: 1st January 2015.

ELIGIBILITY:

Graduate of recognized university or its equivalent and have a minimum of two years experience in the capacity of an Executive, Faculty, Administrator, Supervisor, Manager, Trainer or HR Practitioner in an organization OR

Post-Graduate Degree or equivalent Diploma in Business Management, Personnel Management or any other recognized discipline OR

A Professionally recognised qualification like BE, ME, MBBS, CAIIB, ACA, AICWA, M Ed etc. inclusive of degree level education OR

Armed Forces Officers who have successfully undergone course at NDA /IMA / OTA/ Air Force Academy / Indian Naval Academy and have a minimum of two years working experience.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Prospectus and application form can be obtained by sending a crossed DD for Rs 300/- in favour of "ISTD, Diploma Programme", New Delhi, or against cash payment at "Training House", B-41, Institutional area New Mehrauli Road, New Delhi -110016

The registration form, duly filled in, must be accompanied by the following :

(i) A non-refundable/ transferable Registration Fee of Rs.500/- by cash or Demand Draft  payable to "ISTD, Diploma Programme", New Delhi.

(ii) Full Course Fees of Rs.25,000/- in one lump sum or can be paid in two equal installments of Rs.12,700/- each by cash or Demand Draft. Payable to "ISTD Diploma Programme", New Delhi

Concessional Course Fee for Armed Forces officials, including retired, and SC/ST candidates: A concession of Rs.5000/- in the course fee is allowed provided proper certificate testifying the above is furnished with the application for enrolment; the concessional full course fees of Rs.20,000/- (can be paid in two equal installments of  Rs.10,200/- each) by cash or Demand Draft payable to "ISTD Diploma Programme", New Delhi.

Completed applications are to reach Programme Officer, Diploma Programme, Indian Society for Training & Development, Training House, B-41 Qutab Institutional Area, New Mehrauli Road, New Delhi - 110 016 on or before (tendative) 30th November, 2014.
