Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj University to conduct UPCPMT-2013

Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj University here will conduct this year's entrance exam of the MBBS and other medical courses for admission in various medical colleges of the state.

"A team of the university will today meet the state government officials to chalk out modalities to conduct the Combined Pre Medical Test. The university will soon release schedule of the test and subsequent counselling", university Vice-Chancellor, Dr Ashok Kumar said today.

Kumar said the state government has assigned the CSJM university to conduct the Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre Medical Test (UPCPMT) for this year. Every year a new university is selected to conduct the entrance by the state. This examination helps students to take admissions in a variety of dental and medical related courses. Kumar added the university had twice conducted the similar exam in the past.
