UG & PG Dip. Courses at Allahabad University

Institute of Professional Studies, University of Allahabad has invited applications for admission to UG and PG Courses as follows in the respective centers for the Academic Year 2013-14.

1. Centre of Food Technology

• MSc Food Technology
• MSc Nutritional Science
• PG Diploma in Food Tech. & Processing

Eligibility: BSc Examination from any recognized University with Chemistry or Biochemistry as one of their major or minor subjects, BSc (Home  cience), BSc (Home Economics) or equivalent examination, BSc in Agriculture/Agriculture Sciences or BTech / BE.

2. Centre of Computer Education & Training

• Master in Computer Applications (MCA)

Eligibility: 10+2+3 Course from any discipline (BA / BSc / BCom) from any recognized university / institution or any other examination equivalent with mathematical aptitude.

• Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

Eligibility: 10+2 with Mathematics as one of the subjects from any recognized Board or its equivalent

• Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA)

Eligibility: 10+2+3 in any stream from any recognized university or its equivalent Degree with mathematical aptitude

3. Centre of Fashion Design & Technology

• BA in Fashion Design & Technology
• Two Year Advanced Diploma in Fashion Design and Technology
• Two Year Diploma in Computer Aided Fashion Design

Eligibility: Only female candidates who have passed intermediate or equivalent examination

4. Centre of Media Studies

• BA in Media Studies

Eligibility: 10+2 in any discipline

• Post Graduate Diploma in Photo journalism & Visual Communication

Eligibility: Graduation in any discipline

Online Registration can be done at website www.auadmission.co.in

OMR Forms along with information booklet will also be available from Pravesh Bhawan, Chaitham Lines, University of Allahabad, Allahabad-211002 U.P. on all working days between 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on cash payment of:

1) For UG & PG Courses: Rs. 600/- for General and OBC candidates and Rs. 300/- for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribe and Differentially Able applicants.

2) For Diploma: Rs. 300/- for all candidates.

Last date of online submission and submission of OMR form is 30th April, 2013.
