A) Certificate Course in Geoinformatics (One Semester)

• Minimum Eligibility: Graduates in any discipline (except language) with 55% marks in aggregate.

B) Diploma in Geoinformatics (Two Semesters)

• Minimum Eligibility: Graduates in any discipline (except language) with 55% marks in aggregate.

How to Apply?

1. The candidate can apply for the course(s) using either of the following two procedures:

Applying through online application form: The candidate has to fill up the online application form and take a print out of filled online application form. The online application form is available at http://www.cuj.ac.in/ApplyGeoOnline.php. [The candidate may also edit the details submitted in the online application form using their registration number (which generates after online submission of the application form) and password (http://www.cuj.ac.in/EditGeoApplication.php)]. OR

Applying through offline application form: In case, candidates are unable to apply through online application form, he/ she may apply through offline application. The offline application form is available at (www.cuj.ac.in/admissions.php).

2. Each duly filled application form (printed online application form/ offline application form) should be accompanied with following testimonials:

1. Three recent color photographs (one pasted on the form and two attached by paper clip to the form),

2. A crossed Demand Draft for Rs. 150/- in favor of Registrar, Central University of Jharkhand, payable at Ranchi,

3. Mark sheet and certificate of matriculation [10th Standard].

4. Mark sheet and certificate of higher secondary [12th Standard].

5. Mark sheets and certificate of graduation.

6. Degree transcripts/ provisional’s for the candidates, yet to be awarded with final degree.

7. Caste Certificate for SC/ ST/ OBC/ Physically Challenged candidates.

8. Two self-addressed slips with email-ID and mobile number need to be clearly mentioned in application form.

3. The filled application form completed in all respect (in hard copies) should reach to The Coordinator, Room No. 47, New Academic Zone, Centre for Land Resource Management, Central University of Jharkhand, Brambe, Ranchi-835205.

4. The last date of receipt of the application is 05 Jan. 2013 by 5:00 pm.

5. Clearly mention “Application for Certificate/ Diploma Course in Geoinformatics” on the envelope
